Peace of Mind offer coverage throughout England and Wales. The business is owned by Peter Vinicombe, MSWW, DipFA, CeMap.
“I have extensive experience in Financial Services, having been a financial adviser for both Barclays Wealth and AXA. I hold MSWW, DipFA, CeMap and CF8 (long term care) qualifications.
I am a full member of The Society of Will Writers and as such abide by their code of practice, which is evidenced by their logo on all our client-facing materials. This mark of approval guarantees to clients that they will receive the highest quality and ethical service available when planning their estates.
All of the legal documentation is drafted for us by WillPack, who are founding members of The Society of Will Writers, guaranteeing access to a high level of qualification at the drafting stage whilst removing the potential for poor advice and the non-identification of relevant needs.
In addition, I work closely with the SWW Trust Corporation in respect of Probate, Trusts and Asset Protection.
Our clients are sourced from Professional Introducers such as Financial Advisers and Accountants, as well as existing client referrals.
