All of our services include home visits and are very cost-effective solutions.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
We always do our best to make contact with all clients within 24 hours of receiving their instructions.
Initial visits will always be arranged within ten working days of establishing contact with you, where your schedule allows.
All visits will be at your convenience, be that daytime, evenings or weekends, at a location convenient for you.
No work will be commenced without your express consent.
No work will be commenced without informing you of the maximum fee that you would pay, and on each occasion you will be given sight of our fee structures for that work to confirm the pricing scale.
When instructions to proceed are given, draft documents will be prepared within 7-10 working days if you sign the cooling-off waiver, or 21-24 working days if not.
No hourly rates or expenses will be charged in relation to the work – only the fee chargeable, as above.
All work undertaken carries £2,500,000 of Professional Indemnity in respect of each client.
You will be contacted on a 3-yearly basis to ensure that your documentation still reflects your current circumstances, or more often if requested.
